Same shit happens on the Product Management and on the Engineering side, but just writing any code for crappy ineffective features does not maketh effective products, but the managers think its that easy, and they think their job is to have the answers.
The Management and (by extension HR) are clearly to blame.
They are setting everyone (including their customers) to blame when it does not work out.
